Keeps heat for over 15 hours.
- Open the outer protective package and remove the inside pad.
- Shake the pad to mix and activate contents.
- For best results use in an enclosed area such a pocket or glove.
Warning
Do not apply pad directly against skin. Check skin often and remove pad immediately if it feels too hot or is uncomfortable.

Do not allow the contents of pad to come in contact with mouth or eyes.
If content contacts eyes, wash with cold clean water.
