• One For Bad, Two For Good

  If you remember this famous quote from the movie Rain Man this is how Charlie Babbitt and his brother Raymond would cheat at the casino.  Ray would tell Charlie to bet or not to bet based on this equation.  This is the simple equation you need to follow when using a home drug test.  The home tests are available for many different substances like THC, cocaine, opiates and nicotine just to name a few.

  There will be two letters on the test strip a “C” and a “T”.  The “C” stands for Control and the “T” stands for Test. The Control line will always be darker on the home test strip than the Test line.  If the Test line is not showing up at all then this indicates a failed test result.  One for Bad.

  If the test line shows up at all even if it is very faint then this indicates that you passed your drug test.  Two for Good.  If no lines show up at all then the home test strip is invalid and you must use another home test strip.  The most common reason for an invalid home test strip is that the user inserted the home test strip too far into the sample and compromised the test lines.  It is always a good idea to have some home test strips on hand to determine if you need to purchase a detox drink or synthetic urine to pass your drug test if you are required to take a random test at work or if you are interviewing for a new job.
