Every person who is working or looking for work is aware of drug testing procedures he or she needs to undergo. Every employer has different needs hence different requirements for a drug test. Hair, blood, saliva and urine drug tests are the ones to choose from and the only way to find out which one a particular company decided to go with is to inquire within. Depending on the purpose of drug testing, an employer can to check for present use, recent or usage in the past. If there is a large number of samples to be tested and there is no known relationship between an employee performance and the actual test taking, there is a high chance that an employer will choose to go with an inexpensive, easy to administer and quick in providing the results kind of test – a quick screen or dipsticks. These types of tests are easy to pass as long as you prepare yourself ahead of time. Choosing between various sensitivity cut-off levels, an employer can choose to run a confirmatory test for every positive sample. The costs of confirmatory tests are a little higher, but it is a small price to pay in order to ensure that the test showed a positive due to the dug use or prescription medication and not because to some error or unusual food intake. Most confirmatory tests are urine test using the same sample that was provided for the initial screening, however, in post-accident (normally, with consequences) and “for-cause” tests blood samples may be taken. If initial screening can be done right on-the-job site, confirmatory tests are only preformed in off-site labs.

Only The Best Ingredients -Ligustrum Berry Part 15
Posted on December 23rd, 2010 How to passThe Ligustrum Berry, also known as the privet fruit, is one of the oldest known Chinese herbal remedies. For over 2000 years the Chinese have used this berry to treat a variety of ailments such as the premature graying of the hair, ringing in the ears, stress, lower back pain, insomnia, spottiness in the vision, and most importantly to help with weakness in the liver and the kidneys. It was also added to other herbs to treat dizziness and blurred vision.
Native to China and Eastern Europe, the privet bush was brought to the United States in the mid 1800’s to be used mainly as ornamental shrubbery for landscaping. The berries contain a lot of fatty acids which modern research has shown to be beneficial to our immune system by protecting the body from contamination with arsenic, cadmium and other heavy metals.
The Ligustrum Berry has been proven to be very helpful to people with chronic bowel problems and stomach ulcers because it aids the digestion process. It also helps to nourish the liver and kidneys. When there are problems with the liver and kidneys the results can lead to blurred vision, macular degeneration, and trouble with seeing at night. The Ligustrum Berry gives nourishment to the liver and kidneys therefore reducing these symptoms. Because it is so beneficial to the health of the liver and kidneys it is another important ingredient in our Premium Detox 7 Day Comprehensive Cleansing Program.
The Ligustrum Berry also has the ability to increase bone marrow production of lymphocytes and helps the lymphocytes mature into T cells which help inhibit tumor growth. It is often used after chemotherapy or radiation treatment to enhance the white blood cell count. Another use for the Ligustrum Berry is to help prevent respiratory-tract infections. The berry is often ground up into a powder and put into a capsule form or made into tea.

Now and then
Posted on December 22nd, 2010 How to passEverybody is different and there are no life stories that are identical, only alike. Imagine that a person had been through some rough times in the past but now is trying to get his or her stuff together, get a decent job and move on. The only problem is – a pre-employment drug test. Sure after being clean for a long time anybody would test clean, but what if it is a hair test where they can go back to several month’s history? A detox shampoo is the answer to an unavoidable hair test, but keep in mind that this type of testing is done only for handful of jobs, mostly for Federal employment. Also, an employer cannot and should not ask you questions like: “Have you ever abused alcohol or drugs?” or “Are you an addict or alcoholic?” or “Have you ever been arrested for DUI?” Sure they want to know that their workers are trustworthy and reliable, but questions like these are a violation of ADA – American Disabilities Act enacted in 1990. Among other functions, ADA also protects employees and job applicants from unfair treatment from the employer’s side. Distinguishing the difference between former and current drug use can play a crucial part in the hiring process. Essential civil rights need to be observed in any situation, and if a potential employee is recovering from a dark past or is a disabled person requiring treatment with constant medication – it should not be a reason for discrimination. To avoid an embarrassing situation involving admitting to what should be left private, you can protect yourself with a variety of detox products. Whether a permanent cleanse is the answer, or a quick solution is needed – we are here for you.

It is known as the bearberry because the berries from this small shrub happen to be the favorite food of bears. As far back as the 2nd century Uvi Ursi leaves have been used as a diuretic, antiseptic and an astringent. Native Americans used it for a treatment for headaches and to treat urinary tract infections. Other than drug tests
Posted on December 17th, 2010 How to passWere there always drug tests administered at job environment? The need for responsible and comprehensive workers is very clear, but isn’t a drug test too personal and invades too much privacy? Well, consider a lie detector test as an alternative – now this is truly intrusive.
Formally known as polygraphs, these tests were quite popular in private sector job testing back in the 1980s. The device could detect untruthful answers by measuring changes in blood pressure, pulse rate, perspiration, etc. of a person being questioned. In most cases the polygraph test was used more as a scare crow, although some cases bring very controversial and heated issue of self-incrimination. When a person is familiar with the testing procedure and knows that the truth will be discovered anyway, employee normally just blurs out the confession right away. But what if there is nothing to confess about and a person is just nervous and is asked personal questions that he or she might not be comfortable with, how is it possible to distinguish a true lie from jumping blood pressure and uneven perspiration due to fear and anxiety?
The courts of the US do not recognize the scientific claims and bar the polygraph test results from accepting as evidence, but private employers can choose to do what they wish. Drug tests, on the other hand, are accepted as evidence and can play an important role in determining a ruling. Since polygraph tests were eventually prohibited to be used by employers, they moved on to the drug tests – an easy and, believe it or not, less intrusive form of employee testing. -
Only The Best Ingredients – Cayenne Pepper Part 13
Posted on December 15th, 2010 How to passYes it’s true. Our Premium 7 Day Comprehensive Cleansing Program does contain cayenne pepper but not for the spicy flavor of the pepper. Cayenne pepper also known as capsicum has so many health benefits associated with it that it would be foolish not to include it in any dietary plan.
Cayenne pepper is good for people with high blood pressure because it clears the arteries as well as helps the body dispose of the bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides which is a very good tool in the fight against heart disease. It helps increase the body’s metabolism and does wonders for the circulatory system by positively influencing the cell structure of veins, arteries, and capillaries.
Despite what most people would assume, the cayenne pepper is very good for the stomach and intestinal tract by keeping things moving forward through the intestines. Some doctors have even found success in rebuilding flesh that has been damaged by frostbite with the use of cayenne pepper. As a topical ointment it has been found to be helpful in the treatment of psoriasis.
Other doctors claim that the use of cayenne pepper can kill cancer cells in the lungs, pancreas and the prostate and possibly stop a heart attack within thirty seconds by adding some cayenne pepper powder to a glass of water and drinking it immediately.
Cayenne pepper is good for the heart because it is a very good source of calcium, potassium, Vitamins A and C, and also almost all of the Vitamin B complexes.
Cayenne pepper has tremendous benefits to the cardiovascular system as well. It has the ability to boost cardiovascular performance while at the same time lowering blood pressure.

Breath and Saliva test – what is the difference?
Posted on December 14th, 2010 How to passAs we know, there are a number of various drug tests that can be administered. The detection time frame for substances differs with each specific test ordered. Thus, detection of a toxin in a saliva test can only go as far back as few days, whereas detection in a hair test can reveal a history of use in the past 3-4 month.
We recently were asked a question – if a saliva test determines recent usage, what is the difference between that and a breathalyzer test?
First of all, the breath analyzers are used solely for alcohol detection; saliva test can detect a variety of toxins. Secondly, breath tests are widely used by police to establish eligibility of a driver to operate a vehicle, whereas saliva tests are usually used at a job environment. Both tests are available to general public as you may be interested in testing yourself or somebody you know for recent drug use, or when deciding whether to drive home after a party or to call a cab. Saliva home test kits present a little strip or a sponge that is put under a tongue in the mouth and absorbs the liquid, which is then tested by coloration of a reactor pad. Disposable breath analyzers are small tubes filled with yellow crystals; the crystals turn green or blue if a person blowing in had drunk too much – above the legal limit not permitting an operation of a motor vehicle.
Depending on toxins you wish to test for you can choose a product suitable for your needs. Remember that a breath test cannot detect use of anything other than alcohol, whereas saliva test checks for alcohol and a variety of toxins.

Posted on December 10th, 2010 How to passWhen you think of the Juniper Berry probably the first thing that comes to mind is that the Juniper Berry is used to make the flavor for gin. So why would it be in a detox product? Our Premium 7 Day Comprehensive Cleansing Program contains the Juniper Berry because it is very beneficial to maintaining proper functionality of the kidneys.
The ancient Greeks, Arabs and Native American Indians all recognized the powerful healing properties of the Juniper Berry. People in The Middle Ages believed that the strong aroma of the Juniper Berry could actually ward off the Plague and cure leprosy.
It has been used throughout the ages to treat digestive problems and kidney and bladder ailments.
Because the oil of the Juniper Berry can help to dissolve and eliminate uric acid from your body it is very useful in the treatment of people with kidney stones which are made up of uric acid. However, people with chronic kidney disease should not use Juniper Berries as they could weaken the kidneys.
Juniper Berries should only be taken over short periods of time and not more that thirty consecutive days. Extended use can lead to potassium loss in the body which would inhibit the muscles to function properly. For people with diabetes the Juniper Berry can help reduce blood sugar levels because it is high in natural insulin. It may increase your appetite and also decrease congestion if you are asthmatic.
Juniper berries are a very strong natural diuretic and an excellent source for flushing toxins out of your kidneys and bladder. It also is useful for treating urinary tract infections and gout. Used externally Juniper Berry oil can be used to treat warts, acne, athlete’s foot, eczema, psoriasis and dandruff. Juniper Berries help relieve inflammation and pain that result from conditions like arthritis, gout, and stiffness of joints. Juniper Berries are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals including Vitamins B and C and also calcium, iron, and chromium.
Pregnant women should avoid using Juniper Berries as they may stimulate uterine contractions which could result in a miscarriage. Also women with a heavy menstrual flow should avoid Juniper Berries as they would interfere with the body’s ability to absorb iron which is depleted with a heavy menstrual flow. Juniper Berries can also lower fertility so women who are trying to get pregnant should also avoid them.

Why do they need to know?
Posted on December 9th, 2010 How to passThey have been doing it for a long time, and it looks like everybody is getting used to the necessity of drug tests, but every once in a while people get frustrated with the notion that “they” need to know everything. Invasion of privacy is a great concern not only for people who have something to hide, but for innocent people as well! Such things as pregnancy, legal alcohol consumption, treatment for a variety of medical conditions – all that can be revealed during a urine drug test. Do employers really infringe on employees’ constitutional rights of freedom when subjecting them to mandatory drug tests?
The Constitution protects all citizens of United Stated against “unreasonable government searches,” but the employers are protected by special State or Federal laws or union contracts. Overall, employees of privately owned companies have very little protection against mandatory drug testing. The main purpose of it all is to insure that employees are drug-free during working hours, but since drugs leave a trace in a body long after their effects are gone, it makes up a problem as far as off-duty usage is concerned. More often it is not impairment at work that can get you in trouble, but traces of drugs from previous use that can be detected during working hours that can get you fired. Make sure to protect yourself and prepare to face a drug test in full gear – get the results that you want and keep your private life private, as it supposed to be.
