  Here at MB DETOX, we talk a lot about how to prepare and pass a drug test. But how do you comply with an invalid test result? How would you know that the test worked accurately? Here is an example of just such a call.

  Caller: Good morning, can you answer a question for me?

  Caller: All right, I was just subjected to a random drug test and I do not really understand what happened. I used to be a daily THC smoker, but then I stopped, and a couple months ago I used your permanent detox kit for the whole body and haven’t smoked any THC since. I take medications daily and have a valid prescription for them, and I mentioned it in the paperwork and everything, I just don’t get it – they said invalid drug tests are just as bad as positive drug tests.

  We talk to a lot of people everyday that are passing drug tests. Occasionally some of them are sent out to a lab for further analysis, others get discarded due to some error occurred in a lab and need to be retested.

  Caller: Hi, I know you help people to pass a drug test there, and I have a very urgent situation. I need to pass a urine test tomorrow, and I have been clean for a month, I knew this test was going to happen. I stayed clean, was working out, drinking lots of water every day, and I even got a complete cleansing kit to make sure I can get all of my system clean for this test. So when time came, I checked myself at home, and I passed on the instant drug test, so there was no problem, I think I should have passed that test, because I was clean for so long. But now they call me saying they had to dispose of all samples due to some error and I have to come in again and give another sample, and I just smoked again last night! I do not know what to do here – I cannot fail this test!

  We receive a lot of calls from nervous people who are about to take their drug test and just want to know if there is anything they can do now that will better the opportunity to pass the impending drug test. Some have asked us some pretty silly or even scary questions about at home remedies.

  Caller: Hello, I’m taking a pre-employment drug testing later today. I smoke a little weed every now and then. A friend of mine said all I had to do is add some vinegar or Visine to my urine sample to pass.
  
  MB Detox: Adding vinegar to your sample will not help you to test negative. This common myth only lowers the pH in the sample and should only be used when diluting your urine. This method is not recommended because if you are lucky and lower the pH enough to produce a negative, there’s a chance that the pH itself will also be tested.
  
  Caller: so what about using Visine? Do you think that’ll work?

  Caller: Hello, I gotta take a random urine drug test at work in the next day or so. Man I’m a heavy pot smoker. Do you think I can use a friend’s urine? I know she doesn’t smoke.

For instance, after filling the specimen collection cup with your friend’s urine you may be asked to provide more urine.   Caller: Do you think that adding some of my own urine would make me fail the test?
