    Detection Times

All drugs are not created equal. By that I mean that some drugs take longer to get out of your system than others. This is what is referred to as the detection time of the toxin in a urine test, hair test, saliva test or blood test. The metabolite of the drug is what is being tested for and the detection time is the amount of time that the particular metabolite remains present in your system. For example, the active ingredient found in marijuana is THC and has just about the longest detection time of most of the recreational or prescription drugs that are abused. Because the THC metabolites are stored in the fat cells after your body processes the marijuana it takes mush longer to leave your system than other drugs and can take longer for some people based on their metabolism, weight and length of time that they have been using the drug in question. A single use of a drug like cocaine can have a detection time of anywhere from two days to fourteen days depending upon your metabolism. Alcohol can have a diction time in the urine up to seventy two hours.
Detox drinks and detox pills take the worry out of detection times. Even if you are still testing positive for THC many detox products will give you a few precious hours to provide a clean sample to pass a drug test. Synthetic urine is probably the best way to provide a metabolite free sample even if you just smoked that morning. Going undetected is the way to go!
