Exercise For Detox (Part 2)
The best type of exercise for detoxifying your body is through low impact aerobics. This gets the blood pumping through your heart and your lungs operating at a faster pace but still providing a prolonged fat burning process. Your body is already geared to clear the toxins out of your system and exercise just accelerates the process. When you exercise your body takes in more oxygen which enhances the performance of the cells and their ability to clean out toxins. Through exercise you reduce the amount of fatty tissue in your body. This is where the THC metabolites are found. By reducing the amount of fatty tissue you are reducing the area where toxins can be stored so your body will process toxins more rapidly.
The best and least expensive way to remove harmful toxins from your system is to exercise 20 to 30 minutes per week. Jogging, riding a bike or even dancing can replace those harmful toxins with endorphins which will leave you feeling much better both mentally and physically. Not only does exercise benefit the heart but it also strengthens other organs like the liver which is the most vital organ for the detoxification process. Through exercise, harmful toxins like THC are eliminated through sweat glands and through the urinary tract. The more toxins released through this method then the less work that the liver has to do to rid the body of these unwanted toxins.
A liver that is overworked can lead to many different health problems. Exercise will solve this problem. Not getting enough exercise will cause you to have a slow digestion process and this can cause liver damage. Remaining in a sedentary position all day will also put undue pressure on your liver and prevent it from functioning properly.
