Getting rid of it Part 1
You decided to turn your life around and get clean, but you do not know where to start. So, let us start at the beginning.
Everybody is different, and every body is different as well. Start with small changes in what you eat, drink and do – body’s chemistry is very complicated, but the crux of the matter is that all of us can clean toxins from body cells if we really want to. It is very important to try to remove as much waste from the cells as possible, because it is there where the drug residue is stored, and then it is distributed by your blood everywhere – so not only oxygen and nutrients, but also toxins and impurities get filtered by the kidneys. Once all of bad stuff filtered by the kidneys, it goes out to the bladder. Decreasing body fat little by little helps tremendously by lowering the amounts of toxins stored in the fat cells. The more body fat you have, the longer the toxins will stay with you. Steroids are pretty much the only drug that is not stored in the fat tissues of the body – they remain in the muscle fiber. So, the first step to getting clean is to start with reducing the body fat. You can check with your physician regarding the percentage of the body fat – healthy average range for men is 15-20 percent, for women is 20-25 percent. The higher the numbers, the longer it will take to get completely clean. Simple work-outs, fast walking, a physician-approved diet will help you not only to get in the form, but also start a toxin-free life.
