  • Saliva Testing

Posted on May 11th, 2010 How to pass

Saliva testing is slowly starting to become more popular. There are a lot of reasons why some companies would chose it over any other kind of test. Unlike a urine or blood test, collecting a sample for a saliva test is much easier. Companies also feel that it is much more difficult to give a false sample this way where as urine tests are a lot easier. Basically they think it is easier to cheat a urine test. The collection of the saliva is done in an open public place where as urine testing is done in private.

The sample collected by saliva testing is done by a swab that is placed in between the lower cheek and gum for about two minutes. This pad gets saturated and transferred to a collection vial. This is obviously a much easier way then urine, blood or hair testing and the results are a lot quicker.

If a company is looking for a long detection of drug use saliva testing is not the way to go. Saliva testing can be used securely to see if a person has used drugs within the last 24 hours but will not detect a history of drug use. Saliva tests can read up to 8 drugs in the body. Most people would like to know why urine testing is still so much more popular then saliva test. The reason for this is because without urine testing labs would not be making any money since saliva tests are instant.

In the future saliva testing will replace more other kinds of drug testing. If ever in need to pass a saliva test use Mouthwash. It is undetectable and works great.

  • The worst things you can do when asked for a drug test sample

Posted on May 10th, 2010 How to pass

What is worse than failing a drug test? Making yourself fail, or jeopardizing the opportunity to test clean. Here are some things that you should never do when asked for a drug test sample:

Refuse to take the test: When you refuse to take the test without any grounds for it, you not only risking losing your job, but also looking suspicious if you decide to take the test later on. Even if you don’t want to expose your private life, there’s a good chance that you will be required take the test if you want to keep your job.

Drinking a lot of water: Drinking too much water would only dilute your urine, it won’t get rid of toxins. If a sample is diluted, they can either reschedule you or fail you, it’s going to be up to them.

Adding water to a sample: When you add water to a urine sample, it loses the characteristics that a normal sample would have and raises a red flag. Toxins can still be detected it in, but the test won’t go that far just because the sample failed to appear untampered.

Niacin: Taking niacin in large dosage will give you the opposite of desired results: it is poisonous and an overdose brings on several adverse symptoms, which could include nausea and vomiting and even liver damage in severe cases.

Substituting with someone else’s urine: A urine sample goes bad within hours if not refrigerated. Bringing refrigerated urine back to required temperature might be a hustle, and not only is time consuming, but if overheated will spoil the sample right away. Also, there is no safe way to store that urine before the test.

Adding chemicals to sample: Trying to change the PH level by adding chemicals (like bleach, vinegar, eye drops, etc.) does not work – it won’t conceal drug metabolites in the sample, but alter the urine characteristics (just like dilution does) and the sample is just discarded.

Using aspirin: Aspirin does not do anything as far as the drug test is concerned. If taken in large amounts, it might make it pretty clear that you attempted to temper the sample, but did not succeed in it.

Drinking vinegar: Once again, vinegar, just like aspirin, water pills, cranberry juice, etc. – none of them blocks the presence of drug metabolites in the urine and can actually make it quite clear that you tried to mess with the sample.

One thing that you should consider before taking your test – make sure that you have time to use a detox kit to secure the successful results.

  • Hair ETG Test for Alcohol

Posted on May 7th, 2010 How to pass

Some time ago a urine ETG test was introduced that could detect alcohol toxins in urine for up to 80 hours. But have you heard of hair ETG test? What is it and how does it work?
ETG test checks for Ethyl Glucuronide – one of the alcohol metabolites, which stays in the body longer than the rest. As we know, hair traps the metabolites forever while urine gets clean within 80 hours. Why is the hair alcohol ETG test is preferred to urine ETG test?
    1. Depending on hair length, a hair sample can provide a history of alcohol consumption for the last several months.
    2. This non-invasive test can give a full description about a person’s drinking pattern and distinguish how long a person was staying sober for. It can determine if a person was a heavy drinker, a social drinker or just had a couple drinks in the past several months.
    3. ETG metabolites remain in the hair for as long as the hair stays on the body. Dyeing, bleaching or having hair permed, does not affect the outcome of the hair since ETG metabolites cannot be removed by those products.
    4. Hair tests are generally more expensive, but one hair sample can be used not only for ETG test, but also for other types – standard drugs of abuse.
    5. Hair tests for alcohol will not work on body hair and therefore only work with scalp hair that needs to be at least an inch in length.
    6. Although ETG hair test is considered to be quite accurate, there has been a research done due to the claims that a use of hand sanitizer (or any other ethyl alcohol-based cleaner) can make the test come up positive.
If you are facing a hair test of any kind, do not hesitate – use a detox shampoo to protect your privacy.

All of the products we carry are manufacturers money back guaranteed. Sometimes customers think we are the manufacturer. We are not. We are just an online store. We get phone calls from customers asking where their money is because they failed a test.

“Hey, I bought a product, I used it and I failed my test. I sent the information to this address and I still haven’t gotten my money.”

“Ok sir, which address did you send it too?”

“The one on the back of the box.”

“The address on the back of the box is the one to the manufacturer. Not the one for our company.”

“Well, I shipped this to you! And I want my money!”

“Sir, did you send them proof of purchase and the UPC code from the box? And where did you get this product?”

“Yes, I sent them everything and I bought this at store.”

“We are an online store. We are NOT the manufacturer of any product. You would need to contact them for this information. If you sent them everything correctly most manufacturers take 6-8 weeks to refund you for your money.”

  • What is the difference?

Posted on May 5th, 2010 How to pass

What is the reason different companies choose to perform different types of drug tests? How do they differ and why does it matter on the type of test they will do?
A drug screening test can use urine, hair, saliva, blood, nail or sweat samples. The last two are extremely rare to be used, while the first two are quite common. Let’s look into the difference between hair and urine drug test:
    1. Hair test provides a longer period of time to detect the drug abuse than a urine test – metabolites stay trapped in the hair forever, while the urine can become clean within days, depending on the drug of choice.
    2. Hair test can detect chronic drug use, while urine test cannot – it can only show the presence of metabolites, answering a “yes/no” question.
    3. Hair sample is a little more difficult to adulterate when compared to urine, which can be tampered with easily (see Detox Shampoo, Detox Kits, Detox Dinks, etc.)
    4. Hair drug test is more expensive since each sample needs to be sent to a lab, while urine sample can be tested right there and then without creating a biological hazard while shipping to a lab.
    5. Hair drug test cannot detect recent drug use as toxins will show up only within 7-14 days after the use – depending on speed of hair growth – while urine sample can show what a person did couple hours earlier.
    6. Hair drug test is limited to a number of drugs that can be tested for, while urine test can show a wide range of different drug metabolites.
Which one will your company do? It depends on what they’re looking for – you background or your ability to work right now. Prior to being hired, you will be informed on the type of test you will be facing.

  • 2 days

Posted on May 4th, 2010 How to pass

A customer called one time asking some ways to pass a drug test. After asking him the basic questions (How much do you weigh? What kind of drug have you been using? Are you a heavy user?) Customer was using THC; we recommended him some products and spend a while with him on the phone.

    -         So you’re telling me that there are no products that you can drink and they will completely clean you out?

    -         No sir, that is physically impossible.

    -         Are you sure there isn’t a product you can drink maybe 24 hours before your test and then be clean from there on?

    -         THC is stored in your fat cells. You can not push all the stored THC from the fat cells out in 2 days. In order to push it out of your body, you need to drink water, exercise and sweat on a daily basis. You need to clean out your blood, urine and saliva to be completely clean.

    -         . Well then how come I went to a store around my way and they had this tea. The lady told me if I drink that tea for 2 days, after I finish it I will be clean.

    -         All teas are intended to be used with detox pills on a day to day basis to help lower the toxin level. Or you can drink all of the tea on the test day for a clean sample for 3-5 hours.

    -         No, but this tea is different. You drink it for 2 days straight and you’re clean. The lady would not lie to me.

We explained to him that it is not possible for a tea to clean him out in 2 days.

There are NO products out there that will completely clean out the body in 2 days. There are masking agents like the Fast THC detox kit that is to be used on the test day and will keep the urine clean for 3-5 hours.  Or there is a permanent cleanser that is to be taken on a daily basis like the Premium Detox kit 7-10 day program.

  • A mouthful of questions

Posted on May 3rd, 2010 How to pass

What is the best way to get the answers? It is to ask the right question. But when you are nervous, you more than likely to be overwhelmed with questions.

    - Hi, I have a quick question for you: do detox drinks work for saliva test?
    - No, detox drinks are only for the urine.
    - Oh, I see. And the detoxifying mouthwash – how long does it last?
    - The ultimate time to submit your sample is first 30 minutes.
    - Ok, what if it was more than an hour after that? Would I still pass?
    - Well, it is possible that the mouthwash stayed somewhat potent, but your saliva is produced constantly and the effect of the mouthwash wears off pretty quickly.
    - That’s what I thought… So, using the detox drink wouldn’t help at all?
    - No, not for the saliva test.
    - See what happened, I used the mouthwash, but they didn’t call me right away, I had to sit and wait. So after an hour I went out to my car where I had a drink and rinsed my mouth again with that, ‘cause I figured it’s been too long and I started to get nervous.
    - How long have you been clean before this test?
    - Oh, I stopped like two weeks ago.
    - In that case you more than likely passed – toxins don’t stay in the saliva for more than a week.
    - Oh, really? Oh, that’s great! Thank you so much!

It is quite important to know the detection times for different drug testing, not only because you might fail without knowing it, but also that you might be passing on your own. But it is not of less significance to know what product is used for what particular test; otherwise the desirable results will not be reached.

  • What do they test for?

Posted on April 30th, 2010 How to pass

Not only there are different types of test (like urine drug test, blood drug test, saliva, hair drug test), but also different variations of the same test. A simple urine test can be done with one of the following panels:
    The NIDA 5-panel test
The NIDA panel test procedure is one of the most commonly used. In the collected urine sample five substances are tested: Cannabinoids, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates and Phencyclidine (PCP). Immunoassays screen a urine sample to detect presence of metabolites, and if the test result is positive it is being sent out to be confirmed by MS/GC (mass spectrometry/gas chromatography).
The DOT 5- panel drug test
This test will check for Amphetamines, (including Methamphetamines), Cocaine, Cannabinoids (Marijuana/THC), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opiates (Heroin, Codeine, Vidcodin, Morphine, Oxycodone, etc). These five substances are the most common drugs of abuse and are tested for in every test.
    The DOT 10-panel drug test
This test includes five more substances that it tests for. Altogether it includes: Amphetamines (Crystal Meth), Methamphetamines, Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Cocaine, Cannabinoids (Marijuana), Methaqualone, Phencyclidine (PCP), Opiates (Heroin, Codeine, Oxycodone, Morphine, Vidcodin). The laboratory test performs EMIT analysis, confirmation with GC/MS, and a testing review from an MRO (Medical Review Officer).
    SAMHSA 5-panel test
The SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) performs a screening for five substances, such as: Marijuana (THC), Cocaine (Benzoylecgonine), Opiates, Amphetamines or Methamphetamines and Phencyclidine (PCP). The presence of Opiates in urine samples would be triggered by Vicodin and Hydrocodone, Codeine, Hydromorphone or Dilaudid, Oxymorphones (Numorphan), Oxycodones, Percodan and Morphine. SAMHSA has its own guidelines pertaining to methods for drug testing.
Urine drug test is a reliable, inexpensive and most popular method of determining drug presence in a sample.

  • Dilution Method

Posted on April 29th, 2010 How to pass

Some customers think that the dilution method is the best way to pass a urine test. Diluting the urine may be easy, cheap and a lot of places may let you re test, but some places will not.

“Hey, I have been filling out a lot of applications looking for a new job. The first place I had an interview with made me take a urine test. I thought to my self I will just dilute my urine and they will pass me. So I drank about 2 gallons of water everyday for 4 days before me test. I went in confident that I would pass. If for some reason they would ask me why it’s diluted I would just tell them I drink a lot of water. Well guess what? They failed me for my urine being diluted. Now I have to take another test for a different job. Can you recommend something for me?”

We recommend he use the Fast THC marijuana detox kit on the test day.

We also tell our customers to stop drinking excessive amounts of water 24 hours before the test so the urine does not come up diluted. In the lab they will look for specific details: gravity, color, pH level, etc. It’s impossible to see all these characteristics in the urine sample, because all they can see is water.  They will not test water. Some place will not except diluted urine and consider it a failing result.

  • Did I pass?

Posted on April 28th, 2010 How to pass

One always hopes for the best, and there’s nothing that can be done about it.

    - Hi, I know I’m calling you a little late, but I just had a test and I just want to make sure I passed.
    - Ok, did you test yourself before you went? Or did you use any products?
    - Yes, I used a flushing drink, you know, one of those things that you drink right before the test, and it worked for me before, I had passed many tests with it, but the only problem is – I bought that drink a while back, and I think it had expired…
    - Oh, I see… I cannot guarantee that expired product will give you the same results that it should. Did you see if the fluid was transparent, or if it was cloudy?
    - There might have been. See, my buddy and I bought several bottles together, and I used two a while back, and this one – I didn’t even paid attention to it. But when I started to drink it, I noticed that there was something floating in it, but I already chugged half the bottle at that point so I just kept on drinking. I looked on the bottle afterwards, and there was no expiration date on it.
    - Most detox products have a shelf-life of two years. If there were floaters in it, it just might be the flavoring of the drink, like in a juice – you shake it up and it disappears. But if you are not sure how long it has been since you purchased it and you get sick after taking it, then definitely – it has been too long.
    - I didn’t get sick or anything, so I guess it was good? Oh well, I guess we gotta wait and see.
    - If the detox drink tasted normal, like you expect from it, and not like a pure chemical, then you should be fine. Just next time look for an expiration date before you take it.
    - Yeah, I will. Thanks a lot!

When you in a rush and it seems like everything is taken care of, you still need to pay attention to all the little details, just to make sure that nothing can go wrong. Expired product not only can make you fail a test, but also can cause some serious health issues, like any food poisoning with a spoiled or expired product.
