• Substitution

  Synthetic urine is a substitute of your own urine sample. Some customers have trouble understanding this.

  “Hey I have a big problem. I weigh around 230 lbs and have been smoking on a daily basis for the past 13 years. I have a urine test coming up in a little over 2 weeks.  I need to pass this test.”

  “Ok, do you have a product in mind?”

  “Well…I got the ultra pure synthetic urine, but my question is am I supposed to exercise? And what am I supposed to eat or drink? I heard water and cranberry juice help flush the toxins out.”

  “Sir, if you have the synthetic urine, why are you asking how to cleanse your body? You are supposed to substitute your own urine sample with the synthetic urine. You heat it up and pour it in the cup instead of your own sample.”

  “Oh… wow… really? So I don’t have to eat healthy and quit smoking?”

  “With the synthetic urine you don’t have to do anything unless you want to quit and cleanse your body.”

  “Thank you for the info.”

  We had some customers who did drink the synthetic urine and ended up in the emergency room.

  Synthetic urine is NOT made for drinking or cleansing.

  Some customers are really confused as to how it works. It is the best thing that you can use unless you are being watched, searched or the test it for the Department of Transportation. Other then that synthetic urine is basically fool proof.

• Impossible situation

  How can a win-win situation go terribly wrong? What little details can ruin everything?

  - Hi, I have a question for you: is it possible to fail a drug test when using synthetic urine?
  - Absolutely not – premixed synthetic urine is a 100% clean sample.
  - Well, I haven’t used the premixed urine, I had that dry thing, you know, the one that you have to mix yourself?
  - Oh, we don’t have that product and I can’t really give any information on it…
  - My sample came up adulterated, and I’m not sure if it is because of how much water I put in it, if it got diluted, or what happened, but I just want to make sure that if I get your stuff it will work for me.
  - Where did you get the water to mix it?
  - Just regular tap water – I actually got lucky, I heard that they shut off the faucet before they let you in.
  - Substances like fluoride can be used in public water systems that can show up as an adulterant. In a pre-mixed urine the bottle is sealed and nothing gets inside the sample, so it is unlikely to come up diluted or adulterated in any way.

  If you are using anything besides what’s inside of sealed bottle, make sure that will not alter the sample. Pre-mixed synthetic urine provides a pure sample that guarantees successful test results.

• Different places give different kind of drug test

  Different places give different kind of drug test. One place can do a 5-panel urine drug test, one place can do a 10-panel urine drug test or one place can do a hair drug test, or saliva, or nails. Every place has a different way of testing. A lot of customer call us and expect to us to know what kind of test they will be taking.

  “Hey I’m calling because I have a test coming up. It’s going to be for a bank.”

  “Okay and do you know what kind of test it will be?”

  “No, that’s why I’m calling you. Shouldn’t you know these kinds of things?”

  “No sir, you need to find out what kind of test it will be and we can recommend you a product to help you pass.”

  There is no way that we can know what company is giving which kind of test. Every place is different. In order for us to help a customer they need to find out what kind of test they will be having and then we can recommend a product to help them pass.

• Painful experience

  A customer called one time because he was worried he might have failed his test. He went through a lot of pain to try and become clean to pass his test.

  “Hey I have a question for you and I hope you can answer it.”

  “Sure, how can I help you?”

  “Well… I started using oxys about 5 months ago. On a daily bases I would snort over 250mg a day. I got a job offer and I needed to take a piss test. They gave me about 2.5 weeks to take the test. I stopped completely without any suboxone or anything. You have no idea what kind of pain I went through. I gave my sample in. Because I was using so much on a daily basis, do you think my urine would be dirty?”

  “That sure is a high amount. Normally opiates get out of the system in 2-5 days and for heavy usage a week. But for someone who was using so much we cannot give you an answer. What you could have done is got a testing device and tested your own urine, just to see if you were passing.”

  “So what you’re telling me is that I went through all that pain and withdrawal for no reason?”

  “No, you have a good chance of passing, but its hard to tell whether you passed or not.”

  The customer called back a couple days later saying that he did not pass his test. We recommended the Premium Detox kit so he can get that last amount of opiates out of his system.

  If you know you have a test coming up it is better to test yourself so you do not have to go through worrying whether you passed or not. The cleaning process of your body depends on your weight, metabolism and usage.

• Colorful situation

  When trying to find an easy way out and save some money, sometimes you end up paying twice. When a drug test is imminent, it is better to prepare in advance, so you can avoid last minute rush decisions.

  - I need a recommendation. And I need something really good – I cannot fail this test! This is my last chance!
  - Ok, tell me more about your situation.
  - I had two urine tests, and I failed both. Well, not failed, but … it’s complicated. Ok, first time I followed my friend’s advice and I took a whole bunch of vitamins with loads of water, and once I got to the testing facility, my urine turned to bright yellow color, and they said that my sample was no good. So they let me retest. I went to a local head-shop and got one of their detox drinks – that thing turned my urine green! I didn’t go, I rescheduled, but now there are already suspicious and I have to, I absolutely have to pass this time.
  - Detox drinks that we offer do not change the color of your sample. The change of color may be caused by improper functioning of kidneys. If you have any kinds of kidney disorders, it is not recommended to use any types of flushes.
  - I had kidney stones a while back, but I think I’m fine now. Although, I’m not so sure… Is there anything for substitution? They didn’t watch last time, so I think I can substitute…
  - Yes, there is synthetic urine. That pretty much guarantees a perfect negative result.
  - Oh, cool! Can I have that? …

  After having a bad experience, people tend not to trust anything forgetting that a cause for a failed test is within them. Make sure to read the instructions and confirm that your health condition permits you taking a product.

• Warning Label

  On the box or bottle of every product the manufacturer puts a warning – “Do not use this product is you are pregnant, nursing, or have kidney disease.” We get a lot of phone calls from pregnant woman asking why they can not use these products. Yes, these products are safe for people, but they are not safe for a growing fetus. One time a woman called asking if she can use any of our detox products. We explained to her that on every box there is a warning label. That information was not enough for her and she wanted to know why she could not use these products.

  Most of these products like the detox drinks include artificial colorings and preservatives. Though most are considered safe, some are not safe at all.

  Herbs are not harmful to a regular person, but to a baby they can do some harm. The FDA recommends that all pregnant women speak with their doctor before taking any herbal products. Some herbs may cause miscarriages, uterine contractions, injury to the fetus or premature birth. There is no reason a pregnant woman should be taking any extra herbal supplements except her prenatal vitamins.

  Pregnant woman should stay away from: Green tea, Slippery Elm, Ginseng, Barberry, Basil oil, Black and clue cohosh, Clove oil, Feverfew, Juniper, Mistletoe, Pennyroyal, Mugwort, Sassafras, Wild yam, Wormwood, Pokeroot, Comfrey, Kava root, Skullcap, Valerian, Woodruff and many more.

  Most of the detox products do contain these herbs.

  Also, this information is useful if you have problems with your kidneys. All herbs make the kidneys work better and faster, this may cause pain and other side effects.

  We explained this information to her and told her that the manufacturer would not put a warning label on the box if these products were recommended for pregnant woman. She thanked us for the information. Now she had a better understanding.

  To be on the safe side, you really should not take anything that is not given to you, suggested, or prescribed by your doctor. If in doubt, call and ask before taking any medication or herb, for any reason.

• Will it pass?

  Sometimes the easiest way out is not the right one. In a complicated situation it is better to think it through till the end.

  - Hi there! I’ve got a question for you: is it possible to fail with synthetic urine?
  - Not unless they watch you or search you before the drug testing, or if they test for synthetics specifically, which is a different kind of test, and almost nobody does that except for DOT.
  - No, it’s not for them, and it wasn’t supervised at all. The only thing is, it’s for the doctor’s office.
  - Was that a drug test for them, or a different kind of urine drug test?
  - It was for my physical, I don’t know what they check there, but I was a little scared that they would see my pot in there, so I used synthetic urine that I keep at home for my work, you know, in case something comes up.
  - In a physical exam they also check for sugars, protein, count of blood cells, etc., and synthetic urine does not have those characteristics. More than likely you doctor will contact you and ask you for a real sample.
  - Oh, man… I don’t know why I thought it would work… Well, thanks anyway!

  A clean sample can be too clean sometimes. Be careful with different types of tests – sometimes being too cautious only makes it worse.

• How is it going to be?

  How far will they go? How much privacy will you get while submitting a urine sample for a drug screen? Different companies hold different policies on toleration of drug abuse, but one factor stays in common – they trust you to submit a sample on your own.

  - I had a test last week, and I got results a couple days ago. They said that the sample was too diluted and results were inconclusive.
  - Did you drink a lot of water that day?
  - Yeah, I drank some water and cleansing drinks the night before, and I drank more water after using a same-day cleanser before my test.
  - Excessive water will dilute your urine. You should have restricted water consumption to no more than a glass an hour.
  - Really? I thought I needed to drink more so I don’t have trouble going to the bathroom. Oh, well. Anyway, my company is asking me to do a re-test, and this time I want to use synthetic urine, but first I want to make sure that in a re-test they won’t be watching me or anything.
  - Did they supervise you in the first test?
  - No.
  - Then they shouldn’t change the procedure. You didn’t fail, so there’s really no reason for them to be concerned about the purity of your sample.
  - Oh, that sounds good! Thanks a lot!

  Monitored tests are very rare, and happen only under certain circumstances. In a regular pre-employment or employment urine drug test, privacy of the employees is respected. Well, at least at the level of going to the bathroom on your own.

• Reschedule

  Saliva tests are supposed to be the easiest kind of test to pass. This is true when you stay clean for long enough or use a mouthwash. A customer called one time not knowing what to do in his situation.

  “Hi, I knew I have a saliva test coming up so I stopped smoking pot for about a week. It was really hard but I did it. I made a really stupid mistake today. I took a Percocet about 2 hours ago and my test is in 1 hour. I don’t know what came over me, but now I don’t know what to do?”

  “Well, I highly doubt you will pass your test for Opiates. The THC is most likely out of your saliva. Did you purchase any mouthwash or product for a saliva test?”

  “No”

  “There are 2 things you can do. You can go take your test and hope that you don’t fail or you can try and reschedule your test. If you reschedule your test, we have a mouthwash you can use that works great.”

  “I would much rather reschedule my test. Thanks.”

  We get a lot of phone calls from customers that don’t have a lot of time before their test. The best advice that we can give them is rescheduling your test.

• A question

  It is common knowledge that different toxins stay in body for different periods of time. It depends on frequency of use, body weight and body type. To make things easier, there are tables of detection times for different drugs. Sometimes, it takes longer to get rid of toxins, and sometimes toxins leave body within days.

  - Hi, I have a question: how long does THC stay in your body?
  - It depends on the situation…
  - I’ve been a daily user for years, I’ve been clean only for 8 days, but I have very high metabolism and practically no fat at all.
  - Ok, the fact that you smoked on daily basis will categorize it as a high toxin level.
  - Yeah, that’s what I thought. I got your Premium Detox kit, and I am just about to finish it, but the thing is – I tested myself yesterday and I came up clean. I wasn’t too sure that the test worked good, so I got another one and tested myself today, and it gave me two solids lines again!
  - Oh good! If you get two solid lines, you are good to go!
  - But I smoked on daily basis, and it has only been a week; do you really think I should trust these home tests? What if they gonna test it in a lab?
  - Home tests are pretty accurate, and if you passed on two different ones, you are definitely good! Even if it is a lab test, they do a preliminary test first that is identical to a home test, so if you are passing at home you will pass the official one also, and there is not going to be any reasons for them to test you any further.
  - I see. Thank you very much! I guess my body is on a fast track. But I’ll finish the remaining capsules anyway.

  People differ, so don’t be surprised if your detoxification is complete before you thought it would be. Leaner bodies tend to have faster metabolism rate, and toxins are gone in shorter period of time.
