Uncomfortable situation
It was a very busy Monday morning at work. The phones were ringing off the hook with people calling for tracking numbers, confirming their orders and asking advice on which products to purchase. Just when it seemed I would get a break from the chaos, again the phone rings. A gentleman was calling from the stall of a store bathroom. He proceeded to explain that he had a drug test to take that day and he had purchased a large, dark Detox drink from a local head shop. As he was driving to the test, he started to feel sick and his stomach started rumbling. He pulled over at the nearest store and ran to the bathroom. While sitting on the toilet experiencing green colored urine and diarrhea, he panicked and grabbed his cell phone and found the phone number for our company using the Internet. He was calling to find out if there was anything he could do because he was running late to go take his drug test. I explained to him that we have never had any prior experience with this issue because none of our customers had ever had this problem with our products, so the only thing we could tell him was to reschedule his test and call the place were he had purchased the drink from.
