We receive a lot of calls from nervous customers who are about 24 hours from their drug test. They usually just want to know if there is anything they can do now that will better the opportunity to pass the impending drug test. Some have asked us some pretty silly or even scary questions about at home remedies.

Drinking cranberry juice is a good urine cleanser but will not help you pass random drug tests. Cranberry juice alone would take a few weeks to complete detox, depending on how much THC or other toxins are in the body and how much you weigh.  A rigorous diet and exercise plan would also have to be done in conjunction for cranberry juice detox to work on a urine drug tests.

One of the most bizarre home drug test detox remedies we’ve heard is to drink bleach. Under no circumstances should this be done. It doesn’t matter who says it would work. This is not only stupid but extremely dangerous. There are many good ways to pass a drug test guaranteed; drinking bleach to pass drug tests is NOT one of them!

Another common myth is to drink vinegar. This too, like cranberry juice, is a good urine cleanser but will not help you pass random drug tests. Drinking a few ounces of vinegar a day is very helpful, but this would take a few weeks to complete a urine detox, depending on how much THC or other toxins are in the body and how much you weigh. Drinking a large amount the day of the urine drug test would probably just get you very sick.
