Generally, it is made explicitly clear that if you are taking any prescribed or over-the-counter medications and have to pass a drug test – you need to disclose as much as possible about everything that you are taking. If you have not read about it, do not worry, you will be reminded right before your urine drug test as you are filling out the consent forms. It is pretty important, simply because they do not want to fail you because of something that is legally prescribed by your doctor. Besides, a lot of over-the-counter medications cause a false positive reading; this is true not only for pills, but also for THC.

Do you have those? I need to test myself, because people in the lab said I failed urine drug test for THC, and I do not use any of that stuff, I do not smoke marijuana. -          Instead of re-taking urine drug test, call the lab tomorrow and ask them about false positive tests and aspirin. They should have an ability to run a confirmatory test to prove that there is no THC in your system, but a residual of NSAID pills.
