• What is what?

  Every once in a while we get a phone call with a very confusing question. Even though every detox products comes with complete instructions, and the information on the web seems pretty complete, sometimes it is a bit confusing: what is the correct way to use the product and how to follow the directions – unless you hold it in your hand, it is tough to imagine what to do with it. Plus, you want to make sure you get it right, because this stuff is very important. But sometimes a customer worries a bit too much:

  - How long do I have to stay clean before I can use synthetic urine?
  - M’am, you do not need to stay clean before you use it – you use it instead of your own sample, therefore, it doesn’t matter if you’re clean or not.
  - Ok, thank you.

  Or another example:

  - Do I have to take it on empty stomach?
  - What product did you get?
  - Oh, it’s synthetic urine.
  - No, you don’t have to take it at all. Do not drink it, or you’ll get sick. Heat it up and pour it instead of your own urine.
  - Oh, I see…

  The answer to every question lies in the question itself. “How do you use synthetic urine” – it is a urine, you do whatever is required with it. “How does a quick flush works?” – it flushes the toxins. Do not worry too much, and just follow the instructions.

• Ecstasy will get you fired

  Recently SAMHSA (Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration) has developed new ways to test for “Party Drugs”. Ecstasy is one of the most famous party drugs out there. This drug was banned and became illegal in 1985.

  This mood altering make you feel good type drug is now being tested for in Drug screenings, Urinalysis, Hair, and Saliva.

  The good news is Hair Follicle testing has not been perfected for this type drug yet. Bad news is the testing levels for MDA, MDMA, and MDEA has such a cut off rate that if you are tested for it you could test positive for Methamphetamine you may have used a while back.

  When you are tested for these there is a specific Methamphetamine test made for MDA, MDMA, and MDEA. Urine and Saliva tests have been proven to work when testing for this specific drug. Some manufacturers of the testing devices say it works better then normal standard testing.

  When getting a prescription medication, you are always told about possible side effects. But what about dietary supplements? Is the any risk taking detox products? Not really, as long as you use them as directed: too much of anything can make you sick. Every product comes with complete directions; some products warn that if you have any liver of kidney disorders, you need to check with your doctor before taking any specific product. Make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients: read what’s on the bottle before you consume it.
  Once a customer was concerned with the effects of detox product in a long run:

  - I have a somewhat weird question, if I may. Somebody I know is having repeating drug tests – he has to take one every three weeks. He’s been using detox pills and so far he didn’t have any problems with that.
  - Ok, so he’s passing his tests fine, right?
  - Yes, but the thing is – I’m starting to worry that his body will get used to that product. If he takes it too often, can it become addictive?
  - No, detox product do not cause any type of addiction, everything that’s inside is all natural – just vitamins and herbal elements, it is not any type of medication of any sort. If he takes them every week, let alone every three weeks, it will not have any effects on his health.
  - All right, but will it decrease his tolerance for the substance he’s using? Will he be smoking more in comparison to if he didn’t use this product?
  - No, ma’am, detox products do not interfere with the effects from using any kind of substance. All it does – just flush the toxins from the urine, so a person can produce a clean sample for a test, nothing more. It does not interfere with body functioning in any way.
  - Ok, thank you. I was just worried…

  Detox products are comprised of all natural elements, they do not cause dependence or any health complications. Although, created for a single use (quick flush), there is no harm in taking a product several times.

• Niacin is not such a good idea.

  Many people hear through the grapevine of taking Niacin when a drug test is coming because the Urban Myth says that it will help you pass a drug test. Well little do most people know Niacin is only a B3 vitamin with a ton of health risks that lie behind taking it.

  Niacin is a vitamin/drug that should be closely supervised by a doctor when administered through a prescription.

  By overloading your body you could potentially cause serious long-term health problems even resulting to death. Studies have been done over years of the side effects of Niacin both short term and long term.

  Results showed short term that Niacin causes rashes, bruising of the skin, blood pressure issues, appetite problems, dehydration, body temperature issue (low or high) and so many more complaints about high dosage.

  While the long term effects are more devastating like tremors, blood pressure problems, skin disorders, dementia, and motor skills. There have been numerous other complaints however they were not documented.

  Not every detox product has Niacin in it. The products that are sold in the market do not have high enough levels if used in moderation. Remember these tests and studies were based on people who took high doses or multiple tablets a day in order to so call “flush” there system out of toxins.

• How much sweat?

  There is always something extra you can find about almost anything; there is no limit to all information that is out there. Every once in a while it’s not very important, and doesn’t really matters if you know it or not, but sometimes it is crucial to know everything.

  - Good afternoon. I bought the Premium Detox Program, and I just want to make sure I’m doing everything that I’m supposed to.
  - Ok, are you taking 8 capsules everyday? Keeping yourself well-hydrated?
  - Yes, I do, I follow the instructions, doing exactly what it says.
  - All right, so just test yourself once you’re done.
  - I will… I already got the testers. I do have a question for you, though; it says that I need to exercise daily. What kind of exercise are we talking about?

• To use yours or not to use yours?

  Ok so how many times have you had a urine drug test and did not know what to do? First thought comes to your head….. “I will just use someone else’s urine.” Ok then next step is finding a donor that has not taken anything in a long time even cold medicine because cold medicine can give you positive results.

  So you find someone to do it for you. Now you’re risking getting caught. Has the thought crossed your mind yet that the lab you are going to is going to check the urine to see if it is body temperature? Now you’re trying to figure out how to keep it warm so you microwave it. Wait how long do I microwave it for?

  After microwaving it you think to yourself how do I know if it is too hot? So you go and grab and old school thermometer from your bathroom you know the kind with mercury on the bottom. You take the temp of the urine.

  You then realize it is way to hot you broke the thermometer and now have mercury in the urine. So now what? Are you really considering trying to scoop out the mercury with a spoon? What about the horrid smell that is coming from 120 degree urine? What are you thinking?

  How about you keep in the back of your mind from now on that synthetic urine is your best possible route. You can keep it at body temperature with no effort at all. It has all the properties of REAL human urine. It is also PH balanced so I lab cannot detect that the product is synthetic. Not to mention you wont be some guy with a positive pregnancy result if you use the synthetic.

• A very quick question

  When you know that you can pass a drug test and don’t worry about a thing, a moment comes when something hits you – “Oh wait! What about that??’ and you need an answer right away, that’s where a help line comes in handy:

  -         Hello, I wonder if you could help me. I just was pulled for a random test, and I got like half hour to do it. I’ve been clean for almost a year, ever since I took this job, but I think a have reason to worry…

  -         Go on – why do you think you might fail?

  -         I had a poppy-seed bagel for breakfast this morning!

  -         Oh, that shouldn’t be a problem.

  -         But don’t poppy seeds come up as opiates on a test?

  -         Yes, but in such a small amount that the test won’t be able to detect it.

  -         It won’t come up as false positive?

  -         The labs can distinguish between opiate abuse and poppy-seed ingestion – the levels would be so low that even if it does show up, it will be different from the levels of a real opiate user.

  -         Ok, thank you so much! I have to run now! Bye!

  Small amount of toxins like in this case usually do not interfere with the testing negative. If your test results came back positive, and you know for sure that it is a false reading – a further review of the same specimen done in the laboratory when requested by you or your employer, will clear things up. Remember to test yourself at home prior to the test to ensure that there won’t be any surprises later on.

• Sythetics R Us

  For the first time since I have worked here I got a phone call from a man who told me he flunked his urine drug test using Synthetic Urine. Huh? That has never happened here!

  Well the phone rang one afternoon and a gentleman started to rant and rave that he wanted to make a complaint against the synthetic urine he bought. I tried to ask him a few questions but he would not allow me to talk.

  I let him finish ranting and asked him what urine was it? He said oh I don’t know urine this, synthetic that, lucky urine, urine synthetic etc. The customer did not know the name of the urine he bought. He said
  - I failed because they could not test the PH level in the urine.
  - Sir? You said you failed because they couldn’t check the PH level?
  - Yeah that’s what I just said.

  I asked him for his name so I could look up his order. He then says:
  - I didn’t order it from you I bought it at a head shop!
  I thought to myself “Oh geez”. So I asked him what the label said on the bottle. He responded with
  - There is no label it is a white bottle with yellow liquid that looks like urine in a box with markings on it.

  I had explained to him that he must have been scammed or bought bad synthetic. I also explained how the Synthetic Urines we handle are all tested in and out and have all of the same properties of REAL human urine.

  CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Just because you see a label we sell or a product like ours that we deal with does not mean they are legitimate or guaranteed money back. Some retailers have a contract with the manufacturer to not do a money back policy. • Hiding truth?

  Sometimes it takes a lot more effort to do a research that will help you get what you want. A careful examining of facts will serve you good, rather than a quick glance through.

  - Hi there, I have a problem. I had to take a test two days ago, and they just told me that I failed. Now, it’s no surprise for me, but I told them that I was an unintentional passive user – I was at a party where a lot of people smoked, and there was no way I could stop breathing! So now they tell me I failed and will get fired!
  - The thing is, if you were exposed to a second-hand smoke, your toxin levels are extremely low, and if it was only one time thing, the level would be low enough not to trigger the test. If you tested positive, it means your levels were pretty high.
  - Oh, they can see at what level I was? I thought it was just positive or negative…
  - It is, but the test cannot detect toxins that are below cut off levels. For example, the sensitivity of a test can be 15 ng/ml or 50 ng/ml. A person exposed to a second hand smoke on a one-time occasion will have a toxin level of approximately 5 ng/ml, so the test will not pick it up and give negative results. A habitual user’s toxin level will be so above 50 that there is no way one can claim to never have smoked before. If necessary the lab can do further testing and see exactly what the levels of the specimen are.
  - Ok, I see. So hypothetically, if a smoker needed to pass a drug test, what he would need to do.
  - Oh, there is a great variety of products that he can use. For example, a Fast Detox kit would be one of them…

  This way a little more research can lead to a successfully passed test, without having to come up with an explanation on why you failed.

• Not the sharpest tooth in the mouth

  Saliva tests do not mix well with mouthwash. Since most mouthwashes contain alcohol it is not a good idea to use it before saliva test or you will test positive. I had spoken to a customer recently who had this happen to him. He used a mouthwash before he went into the lab. He said he brushed his teeth in parking lot, flossed so there were no food particles in test, and rinsed with a well known name brand mouthwash for a fresh breath and hopes alcohol would kill any toxins from the previous weekends use of drugs.

  He realized he was not thinking before using a mouthwash with alcohol in it. It was easily explained and the lab dismissed it. However they found toxins of specific drugs tested in the labs. The gentleman explained he was a clean man and did not abuse drugs. The lab begged to differ with him and explained the levels found were extremely high. He did not understand until the Manager in the office explained that he brushed so hard and flossed before coming in blood was present in his mouth.

  The test detected the levels in the blood that was in his saliva. He basically bowed his head in shame and walked out of the lab that he was tested at.

  Needless to say the guy looked online and found our website. He gave us a call we had a few laughs about it and now he decided to buy a few bottles of our Stinger Mouthwash for future tests.
