• My mouth is numb

  Swab tests are supposed to be one of the easiest tests to pass if you use the correct product. Some people think of ways to pass on their own that hardly ever works.

  One time a customer called because he had a swab test. He called because he had failed his swab test the day before.

  “Sir, what did you use to try and pass your swab test?”

  “I used some kind of oral gel. You know the kind that numbs your mouth? I put it all over the inside of my gums and the inside of my whole mouth. I figured if it numbs my mouth then it should help me pass me test.”

  “And you failed your test?”

  “Yes, not only did I fail, my mouth got so numb that I could hard talk. I had spit everywhere and could not swallow. I made myself look like an idiot. I had to lie to them and tell them I went to the dentist, so they are letting me re test. Do you have any products I can use to pass this test?”

  I recommended him the mouthwash. He used is and passed him test.

  Before using a product to pass a test make sure you are using the correct product.

• Why did I fail?

  Most of the phone calls that we get are usually from people who have their test coming up, but sometimes people call us after they’ve had it and just want to talk about it.

  - I had a urine test yesterday and I failed. I want to know why?
  - How long have you been clean prior to the test? Did you use any products?
  - I’ve been clean for a whole week and I tested myself at home and I was fine, so I thought I don’t need to use anything, I could pass on my own at home, why couldn’t I pass there?
  - What kind of toxins are we talking about?
  - Well, I’m a smoker and occasional cocaine user. I don’t smoke too much, just a little every now and then.
  - And you had two lines on the test for both substances?
  - What do you mean – two lines?
  - On a home testing device you had two solid color indicators for “test” and “control” lines?
  - No, I had just one, I thought two lines will be positive.
  - If you have only the “control” line it means that you are positive, if you get both “test” and “control” lines – you are passing. Not vice versa.
  - Oh, I see. I guess I should’ve known better. Well, thanks anyways!

  Even though every item comes with complete instructions, it is possible to misread it or get confused and just hope for the better. We have a variety of products that can be used at the last minute so you can successfully pass a test, all you have to do – is to get it in time.

• Not enough stuff

  Customers need to be very careful with reading the information on our website and following the directions of the products. One time a customer called and was very upset because she purchased on of the products and failed her hair test:

  “Hi, I bought the Zydot shampoo and I failed my test. All of my friends used it and it worked for them, but for me it did not. I purchased one box and followed the directions. I used it an hour before my test. They took the sample about 3 hours after I used it. I told a couple friends this story and they couldn’t believe that I failed because they passed.”

  “Ma’am did you use it exactly how you were supposed too?”

  “Yes.”

  “How long is your hair and thick is your hair?”

  “Um, it is almost down to my butt and very thick.”

  “You only used one box?”

  “Yes.”

  “Well there’s the reason you did not pass. On our website it says for every 5 inches of hair use one box of the shampoo. If you hair is 20 inches, you would have needed 4 boxes to cover your whole head. In order to conceal the toxins, the shampoo has to penetrate all of your hair.”

  “Wow, I just skimmed through the page and did not pay any attention to that. Now that I know can I order 4 boxes because they are letting me re-test.”

  She placed an order, took her test and passed. Make sure you are really careful reading the directions and useful hints on your website. They really make a difference in the results of your test.

• A little mess up

  If a customer knows that they are having a test it is better for them to stop using any kind of drug. Some customers really want to pass their test, so they stop. Others continue to use until the day of the test and expect to pass. Not long ago we got a phone call from a guy whose situation was a little different.

  “Hi, I knew about this urine test that I have to take tomorrow for the passed 2 months so I decided to stop using marijuana and cocaine. I was clean for almost 2 months and was testing negative for both of these drugs. I drank a lot of water on a daily basis and exercised everyday. I also lost 15lbs. I knew I was going to pass this test that I have coming up tomorrow. Last night I don’t know what came over me but I found a really old blunt roach and took one hit off the end. I hardly got any smoke and I did not get high. I also found an old card that I used to use to crush up my cocaine. I wiped off the powder from the card and rubbed it all over the gums of my mouth. My mouth went numb and I felt like my pupils were dilated. I feel like all my hard work went down the drain. I have a urine test tomorrow and I do not want to risk failing it. What do you recommend?”

  I agreed with the customer and told him just to be safe to get one of our Fast kits. He ordered the Fast kit with overnight shipping and took his test.

  In order to pass a test you have to stay clean. Some of the customers have little mess ups like this one and then worry about failing their test. In this case a detox product will help.

• Sweating out

  Sweat tests are very rear – they are very expensive and very few companies would prefer a sweat test over any other kind. But what do you do when you get one?

  - I got a sweat test this week, so will a drink work for it?
  - A detox drink? No, that works only for urine.
  - My brother used it, and he passed, and he has another one and now I have a test and was gonna use it…
  - Did your brother have urine test or sweat test?
  - Well, he had a urine test. But I’m gonna have a sweat test, it’s for different reason than his, if you know what I mean – he’s on probation.
  - To pass a sweat test you need to clean your body from the inside, you need to quit and start taking herbal supplements to purify your body. Detox drink only flushes toxins out of your urine, it will not help at all in the sweat test.
  - Well, yeah, I know, but I was gonna rub it on me, you know, on my chest and back and armpits. Will that work?
  - I doubt that: drinks are designed to be drunk, not rubbed. I suggest you get a permanent detox kit and start detoxifying your body. In a sweat test all the toxins that are stored in your fat cells will come through the pores of your body and the only way you can pass it is if you completely purify your body. Topical application of any product will not help.
  - Yeah? Oh… well, thanks, I’ll look into it!

  Sweat tests are not very common, but extremely precise. Only total body cleanse will make you pass.

• I was shy

  One time a customer called freaking out that she may have failed her test. She was a mother of 3 and has never done drugs in her life.
  “Hi, with this economy I’m having a lot of trouble finding a job. To make it worse I’m really shy and do not like talking to people. I have been sitting home with my kids for the past 9 months. Every job interview that I have been getting I have been turning down because of this shyness. One day I decided to take one of my kid’s adderall. I took the pill in the morning and felt great. I was not shy and was really talkative. 2 days later I got a phone call to come in for an interview. I took the adderall on the day of my interview, went in and got the job! They told me to go down and take a urine test. I was so happy. I took the test not realizing that adderall will show up as an Amphetamine. I was freaking out. How could one little pill that a child takes be harmful? I did not know how to prove to them that I do not do drugs. I failed the test. I got really upset and asked them if I can retest. To my surprise they said yes. Now I’ve been taking adderall every couple days and I need to pass my test. What can I use?”

  We told her she would need to stop taking adderall and use one of our Fast Kits on the day of the test. She purchased the kit, took her test and passed. She called back very happy, she just could not understand how she could lose a job over a little pill that made her feel so normal. Even though this pill was prescribed to a child does not mean it could not show up on a drug test. When getting a test done, make sure any prescribed medication or non prescribed medication that is being taken will not show up on the test. Make sure you know what each of your medications can show up as.

• Too much effort?

  We rarely have customers call and complain about any complications associated with a product. This situation was out of the ordinary; customer was extremely upset and could not stop screaming:

  -         I used your detox shampoo, and went for my test! I don’t know yet if I passed or failed, but the problem I have now is – my hair is falling out! I used the shampoo, as instructed, and now strands of my hair are just falling out! It’s unbelievable! That shampoo was supposed to help me, not ruin my hair!

  -         Did you anything else with the shampoo? Any other product?

  -         Yes, I used a couple of things, but what does that have to do with it?

  -         What else did you use?

  -         I bleached my hair with peroxide couple days before the test, and on the test day, and I used distilled vinegar and then your shampoo. Those are confirmed methods; a lot of people did that before.

  -         Did any of those people have any difficulties with hair afterwards?

  -         Well, I don’t know them personally, and I don’t know if they used your shampoo or not.

  -         We had never had any complaints with any of our shampoos. These products are specifically designed to conceal toxins in the hair without damaging it. On the other hand, peroxide destroys your hair structure and irritates your scalp. You bleached your hair twice within three days; it can be the cause of hair breakage or hair loss.

  -         Well, I bleached my hair before, in the salon, and never had any problems with that.

  -         Dying it in the salon and bleaching it with pure peroxide is two different things. The shampoo cannot damage your hair unless you keep in for two long.

  -         No, no, I followed all the instructions and kept it as long as it said on the bottle. Well… I guess it was the bleach… Let me call my hairdresser to see about that. Thanks a lot!

  Don’t overdo it – making hair clean of toxins is one thing, ruining hair for nothing – another.

• When is my test?

  Not everybody has a scheduled test, and we’re not talking about random one, neither.

  - Hi, I purchased a drink from you last week and I took it before my interview, and everything was fine, but they didn’t test me! I need another one – I’m starting training in two days and they might test me then.

  Customer was a little worried, but we send another drink to him overnight. He called again in three days:

  - Hi, I started my training but they still didn’t test me yet! I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to ask them when my test is, maybe they won’t do it at all, but I want to be prepared just in case. Can I get another drink? Or maybe two? Yeah, let me get two.

  When the customer called the following week we suggested that he tests himself at home without any products. At this point he has been clean for a while and there was a possibility of him passing on his own. And he did! But only for oxycodone – overall he was clean for a little bit over two weeks.

  - I stopped as soon as I got the offer, and I guess I got clean of opiates pretty quickly, but I still tested positive for THC!!! So I think I need another drink!

  He got another detox drink and a permanent cleanser this time. We haven’t heard back from him yet.

• I should have known

  Your hair is a dead element; the toxins are in there permanently. It is impossible to clean the hair with any detox drinks or capsules on the day of the test. Your hair absorbs all the toxins from your blood. The only way the pass a hair test is to use a hair cleansing shampoo on the test day. If you do not want to use a shampoo the other way would be to clean your blood and let your hair grow. With the 7 Day product, depending on how heavy of a user you are, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to clean out your body. After your body is clean, you can shave your head and expect it to grow about an inch per month. For a hair test the lab requires at least an inch and a half of hair to test.

  Once we had a customer who knew he had to take a hair test and had about 2 and half months before his test. He did not want to use a shampoo on the test day, so we explained to him the other way to pass his test: cleaning body, shaving head and letting it grow. He insisted that his hair grows really fast and will grow way more then 1.5 inches in 2.5 months.

  Recently he called us back:

  “Hey, so I took my hair test. I took the kit for 10 days, shaved my head and let it grow back. It grew over 2 inches in that period of time. I was so happy and sure I was going to pass the test. I knew the head on my hair was clean. Well, when I got there, guess what? They took the hair from my under arm. Now why would they take the hair from my under arm? If I had known they would do this, then I would have shaved my whole body and let the hair grow back. I’m very upset that they did this. I argued with them enough and they are letting me re-test. Which shampoo do you recommend I use?”

  We recommended 3 Zydot shampoos because the packages are pretty small. Told him he can use it anywhere on his body but his genital area. He bought the detox shampoo. Retook the test, this time they took the hair from his leg and he passed.

• Detox Slushies

  How would you clean your body? There are many opinions, but not all of them are true. I got a call from a very upset gentleman. He claimed that he used tens of different products and nothing worked for him. He was very upset and frustrated.
  - What products did you use to clean your body?
  - I got whole bunch of different drinks and all, and I have been taking them every day for ten days now, and when I test myself – I still come up positive! Now, I can’t drink them to begin with, so I have to freeze them I make slushies out of them, but I already spent a fortune and have zero results!
  - Did you eat a drink right before your test?
  - No, I don’t have any tests just yet; I just want to get clean!
  - But you cannot get clean by just consuming detox drinks. You need to get permanent detox, like complete cleansing program, so you can purify your whole body – your blood, not only urine. Detox drink lasts only for several hours and flushes only your urine. Actually, I’m not even sure that they would work at all in a form of a slushie…
  - Why the drinks don’t work?
