Why did I fail?
Most of the phone calls that we get are usually from people who have their test coming up, but sometimes people call us after they’ve had it and just want to talk about it.
- I had a urine test yesterday and I failed. I want to know why?
- How long have you been clean prior to the test? Did you use any products?
- I’ve been clean for a whole week and I tested myself at home and I was fine, so I thought I don’t need to use anything, I could pass on my own at home, why couldn’t I pass there?
- What kind of toxins are we talking about?
- Well, I’m a smoker and occasional cocaine user. I don’t smoke too much, just a little every now and then.
- And you had two lines on the test for both substances?
- What do you mean – two lines?
- On a home testing device you had two solid color indicators for “test” and “control” lines?
- No, I had just one, I thought two lines will be positive.
- If you have only the “control” line it means that you are positive, if you get both “test” and “control” lines – you are passing. Not vice versa.
- Oh, I see. I guess I should’ve known better. Well, thanks anyways!Even though every item comes with complete instructions, it is possible to misread it or get confused and just hope for the better. We have a variety of products that can be used at the last minute so you can successfully pass a test, all you have to do – is to get it in time.
