This test is conducted using the other part of the sample using a more efficient and costly technique known as the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). If this test too declares positive result the person is considered to be under the influence of drugs. On the other hand if the test shows negative then the previous one is deemed incorrect
