Way to Pass a Drug Test
Drug Test is the process of determining whether or not a person has consumed certain drugs. The tests can also determine the approximate period for which the person has been consuming drugs. Drug Tests are conducted by employers – both public and private – on their employees. This is done with the ultimate objective of ensuring a healthy and highly motivated workforce which gives optimum output. Drug use can lead to chronic under performance, absenteeism, accidents, conflicts and other such undesirable situations. The same are sought to be prevented.
In 1988 the US legislature enacted the Drug Free Workplace Act that mandates government employees to subject themselves to periodic drug tests. Many private employers have also instituted such a test. However, drug tests are notorious for their inaccuracy. Furthermore, many of the so called drugs or banned substances are present as ingredients in numerous over the counter drugs. The consumption of such drugs, coupled with the infamous inaccuracy of the drug testing methods, can lead to firing of innocent employees. This, of course, is in addition to the completely avoidable embarrassment that is caused to the said employee.
Simple techniques to pass a drug test:
The simplest way is not to consume the banned substances and enquire thoroughly about the ingredients of the medication you are taking. Over the counter drugs have to be avoided. Insist on prescribed drugs notwithstanding the inconvenience of doing the same.
Despite this precaution, things can go wrong. In that case you can go for the consumption of a reliable detoxifier.
From one week before the test you can take a regular exercise. This will automatically detoxify your body. The exercise has to be of the fitness promoting type and not necessarily of the strength building type.
For a week before the test take a balanced diet rich in fiber, carbohydrates, proteins and vegetable. Fats and oils have to be avoided. Do not skip breakfast and do not eat heavy meals late in the night. Ideally you should eat small amounts of food at regular intervals that aids in absorption. On the day of the test eat only light meals.
Consume a lot of water, at regular intervals, throughout the day.
Finally avoid consumption of toxic substances and even a toxic environment.
